I understand and accept the following: This Lease Agreement outlines the terms for leasing Point of Sale (POS) and Accounting software between your company and FABTEK. Only after the first year's fee has been received will the system become operational. The annual lease payment, which covers the following year of use, is payable on the same date as your payment next year. The Lessee agrees to use the software for internal business operations and refrain from transferring it to third parties without the Lessor's written consent. The Lessor provides support and maintenance services, and both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information. Termination is possible upon written notice for material breaches. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction, and any modifications require written consent from both parties.
