By accessing the demo site, the User agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1) The FABTEK POS and Accounting Software demo site is provided for the purpose of demonstrating the functionality of the Company's software. The User acknowledges that the demo site is intended solely for testing and evaluation of the system features and is not designed for production use.
2) All data entered into the demo system will be automatically deleted every two weeks without prior notice. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the retention of any data during this period. The User acknowledges that any information input into the system will be periodically removed.
3) The User agrees not to enter or upload any real or sensitive data into the demo system. The demo site is strictly for the use of fictional, non-sensitive data. The Company is not responsible for any misuse of the system involving real data, including any potential data breaches, losses, or legal consequences.
4) The Company is not responsible for any data loss, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from the deletion of data as described in Section 2. The User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the demo system.
5) The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the demo site at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
By accessing the demo site, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
