By participating in the FABTEK POS Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) You must be 18 years or older to participate in our affiliate program. We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application at our discretion. 2) Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful sale of FABTEK POS software through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be calculated as a percentage of the sale price, excluding taxes and fees. 3) Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. FABTEK reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent or incomplete sales. 4) Affiliates must promote FABTEK POS software in a legal, ethical manner. Spamming, misleading claims, or using unauthorized promotional materials is prohibited. 5) FABTEK may terminate your affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated. Any pending commissions may be forfeited in such cases. 6) FABTEK is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the affiliate program. By joining the affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms. FABTEK reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
